Michael Satz, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer

Mr. Satz is currently the CEO of a company that owns BarterQuest, a Web site that will support the cashless exchange of goods and services (including the transient use of real estate) between individual consumers by automatically matching the “haves” and “wants” of potential traders. He started his career as an attorney. After graduating from Harvard Law School, he was associated with the New York law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He thereafter became part of the first generation of senior management in the financial guaranty insurance industry, establishing many of the industry’s key operating principles. Mr. Satz later founded and was the CEO of a NYSE listed financial reinsurance company. Immediately prior to his involvement with BarterQuest, he was the CEO of a financial services insurance company, managing its successful turnaround while positioning the company for its initial public offering on the NYSE.

Mr. Satz is a principal investor in Big League Barbers, Inc. and has served on its Board of Directors since 1995.
